PURPOSE: An output shaft for a brake booster of a vehicle is provided to improve braking force in stepping on the brake pedal slightly in an emergency with modifying the end of the output shaft placing a reaction disk. CONSTITUTION: An output shaft for a brake booster of a vehicle is composed of a casing(10) assembling a front cell(11) and a rear cell(12); a center plate(13) dividing the casing into front compartments(21,22) and rear compartments(23,24); a valve body(60) regulating air flow; an input shaft(40) operating the valve body by a brake pedal; and an output shaft(50) installed in the valve body through a reaction disk(51). A groove(53) is formed in the bottom of an assembling part(52) in the rear part of the output shaft. Braking pressure is formed with the reaction disk in stepping on the brake pedal over the reference value. The vehicle is decelerated safely with generating little braking pressure in starting braking, and braking distance is reduced with increasing the braking force suddenly. Braking stability is improved with forming the braking pressure sufficiently by stepping on the brake pedal slightly in an emergency.
