Sheeting, such as retroreflective sheeting, methods of making such sheeting, and articles containing such sheeting. A sheeting includes: a vinyl film having two major surfaces; a preformed optical core laminated to a first maj or surface of the vinyl film; a primer disposed between the vinyl film and the preformed optical core, wherein the primer includes a urethane polymer; and optionally, graphics positioned between the primer and the optical core or t he primer and the vinyl film.
