<p>A release sheet comprising a sheet substrate and a cured layer formed thereon from an addition reaction type silicone resin composition containing a light sensitizer, wherein the cured layer is one obtained by heating an addition reaction type silicone resin composition layer containing at least one light sensitizer selected among alpha -hydroxyketones (e.g., 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1 -phenylpropan-1- one, 1-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy) phenyl]-2-hydroxy- 2-methylpropan- 1-one, and 1-hydroxycyclohexylphenylketone) and alpha -diketone dialkyl acetals (e.g., benzyl diethyl acetal) and then irradiating the layer with ultraviolet; and a production process by which the release sheet can be efficiently produced. In the release sheet, the cured layer has satisfactory adhesion to the substrate and migration from the cured layer is satisfactorily inhibited. It has excellent releasability and high surface smoothness.</p> |
