A gaseous fuel (8) is injected into a hot gas flow (5) of a gas turbine with guide blade row (3) and rotor blade row (4). The fuel passes through bores (7) in at least one guide blade and oxides flame-free in the hot gas flow. The gas turbine has two guide blade and two rotor blade rows, with a combustion channel (6) between first and second guide blade and rotor blade rows. The hot gas flow is generated by a conventional combustion chamber.
