PURPOSE: A device for mounting a cellular phone is provided to be beautiful on external appearance without damaging the dashboard. CONSTITUTION: A receiving groove(250) is formed on a dashboard(100) of a car. A mounting kit(210) for a charge or a handsfree call is composed in the receiving groove(250). The receiving groove(250) is opened and closed by a door. The mounting kit(210) is rotatably composed in all directions in the internal side of the receiving groove(250) by a stay(231) and a stay hole(232). The door is one between doors through a sliding door or a hinge.
