PURPOSE: Provided is a conductive polymer produced by polymerizing a silane compound as a monomer of a functional polymer, which is excellent in adhesive property and can be used for an organic membrane of an organic electroluminescence display. CONSTITUTION: The conductive polymer has a repeat unit(formula 2) with silicon and is produced by dissolving the silane compound(formula 1) and a supporting electrolyte such as tetrabutyl ammonium hexafluoro phosphate in an organic solvent such as acetonitrile and then performing an electrolytic polymerization by applying electric current, voltage, or cyclic current and voltage, wherein R1 to R5 are hydrogen.
