PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF MOLDING CUP USEFUL FOR FORMING BRASSIER AND THE LIKE AND THE MOLDING CUP

PURPOSE: Provided are a process for preparing molding cup to form brassier and the like and the molding cup produced by the process to obtain high volume and elastic property of product with additional improvement of yellow-shape-stability against cleaning the product. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises laminating polyurethane sheet(20) and non-woven fabric(30) to form a first laminate(40); forming a second laminate(70) by adhering outer cloth(50) and inner cloth(60) to inner/outer sides of the first laminate(40); and forming the second laminate(70) within a mold to produce a molding cup(10) with desired pattern and shape. The first laminate(40) is formed by applying a single non-woven fabric(30) onto top side of the single polyurethane sheet(20).
