PURPOSE: Provided is a treatment system using low frequency which can operate a low frequency physical therapy upon a sole of a user's foot without attaching a separate conductive pad of a low frequency generator. CONSTITUTION: The treatment system has a low frequency generator(10) which can generate a certain low frequency for stimulating a human body and a low frequency pad(30) which is connected to the low frequency generator and stimulates a sole of a user's foot. The low frequency pad includes a base sheet(35) to be placed inside of a shoe of the user, an insulating sheet(36) disposed over the base sheet(35), and a conductive sheet(37) disposed over the insulating sheet(36) and which applies stimulation of low frequency upon the sole of the user upon receiving a low frequency signal from the low frequency generator.
