PURPOSE: A tire replacing tread is provided to cut down on expenses and to make the replaced tire recycled by being able to assemble and disassemble a member, to be installed to the wheel of a driving wheel and a member form with tread directly contacting with the road. CONSTITUTION: A tire replacing tread is composed of a driving tire(10) of plastic material having both lateral faces comprising an outer surface(12) forming plural through holes(16) and an inner diameter to be fitted to the external diameter of the wheel, cut-off surface(26) air tightly cutting off the inner face of the driving tire including the through holes by air pressure packed to the inner lateral face of the driving tire, the protrusion(22) fitted to the through holes of the driving tire with extended from the cut-off surface, a replacing tire(20) of rubber material having the cut-off surface and the protrusion, and a tread(24) having a constant shape generating resistance by grounding the road, with extended from the protrusion.
