PURPOSE: A condensate water removing apparatus for evaporator is provided to protect passenger area of vehicle from offensive odor by washing off the condensate water and foreign substances remaining in the evaporator unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a drain hose(27) arranged underneath an evaporator core(21) so as to drain condensate water; a washer liquid nozzle(32) arranged above the evaporator core, and which sprays washer liquid for washing off the foreign substances remaining in an evaporator unit(20); a washer tank(33) for storing the washer liquid to be supplied to the washer liquid nozzle through a washer liquid supply hose(34); and a door(31) arranged to a connection path(30) interconnecting the evaporator unit and a heater unit(24), and which closes when the washer liquid is injected into the evaporator unit. A solenoid valve(36) is arranged to the washer liquid supply hose, in such a manner that the solenoid valve opens/shuts by a switch(35) of the door.
