PURPOSE: An arrangement method for shortening the moving line of a mouse is provided to shorten the moving line of a mouse by efficiently arranging computer elements and to configure and arrange command menus in consideration of the movement of a user's arm so that the user can feel comfortable in his arm. CONSTITUTION: Menus of high frequency in use, such as 'File(2)', 'Edit(3)', and 'View(4)', are located at the bottom of the window. These menus are arranged from the right to the left. 'Window bar(5)' is also arranged at the bottom. 'Folder window(6)' is also located at the right bottom. The menus and links of the Internet are also applied in the same manner as the Window application program.
