PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition comprising water, polyvinyl alcohol, a vinylpyrrolidone copolymer and oil is provided which can constitute a skin-cleansing product as peel-off mask form for the purpose of face and/or neck care to remove a dead cell of honey layers of the skin and fatty material such as sebum present on the surface of the skin. CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic composition comprises 50 to 95% by weight of water, 5 to 25% by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1 to 15% by weight of a vinylpyrrolidone copolymer and 0.1 to 30% by weight of oil, wherein the vinylpyrrolidone copolymer is obtained by polymerization of vinylpyrrolidone and one or more monomers selected from an acryl or methacryl monomer, a vinyl monomer and unsaturated hydrocarbon, and the unsaturate hydrocarbon is selected from styrene, hexadecene, eicosene, decene, triacontene and a mixture thereof.
