UNMANNED WEATHER/DISASTER INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An unmanned weather/disaster information providing system and a method thereof are provided to promptly take necessary measures to various disasters according to weather centering on a disaster generated area and minimize the loss of lives and properties by automatically transmitting a disaster alarm to mobile telecommunication subscribers. CONSTITUTION: An unmanned weather observation terminal(30) transmits weather data wirelessly to a radio base station(40). The radio base station(40) receives weather data for transmitting to a server(50). The server(50) receives weather data and searches an area from which weather data is transmitted. The server(50) transmits weather data and searched area information to a mobile telecommunication company(60). The mobile telecommunication company(60) searches subscribers(62) having an address in the area from which weather data is transmitted, and transmits weather data messages to a portable phone of each subscriber(62).
