In the present invention, there is disclosed a compact clamp (23) of flat materials consisting of a clamp body (1) having a bend (5) directing toward the longer side (9) thereof. On the shorter side (8) there is an opening (6) for a securing pin (13). The clamp further consists of an insert (2) being provided with a delimiting pin (11) and a securing pin (13), further pressure elements (3) and an elastic insert (17) consisting of a fixed part (18) and a resilient part (19).
