A frozen dessert dispenser includes a freezing compartment (2) accommodating a frozen dessert dispensing cylinder (12), a dispensing section (31) provided on an outer wall of the freezing compartment (2), the dispensing section (31) including a vertically extending dispensing passage (38) and a valve element (40) slidably provided in the dispensing passage (38), and a connecting pipe (32) communicating with a side of the dispensing passage (38) and projecting into the freezing compartment (2) to be connected to a discharge side of the dispensing cylinder (12).
