<p>An apparatus and method is described for controlling the temperature of a device to remain within a narrower range, with regard to a desired temperature than is currently achievable. This may be achieved by means of an additional control circuit which may be utilised alongside currently available systems (Fig 2), or by the provision of control circuitry packaged with the device (Fig 4). The second of these provisions also provides the advantage of a smaller space requirement for such a device within an end system.</p> |
