PURPOSE: A lucky number is provided to maximize the effectiveness of a print advertisement medium such as a handbill by adopting a lottery system accompanying a free gift. CONSTITUTION: For maximizing the effect of advertisement, any printed matter such as a handbill is printed with a lucky number similar with a lottery accompanying a free gift or a constant amount of cash. More particularly, specific numbers arranged in a lottery form, for example seven figures to nine figures, are given per each handbill, and a sponsor draws lots day by day, once a week, or once a month. Therefore, a consumer usually keep the handbill more than one year, and consequently the effect of advertisement via the handbill is maximized.
