The invention relates to a microwave component with a main body (1), a coupling surface (6) and a decoupling surface (7), in which the main body (1) comprises a ceramic material that contains at least two different components, each of which is present in phases separate from one another, in which each of the components exhibits a perovskite structure, which contains silver in the A positions and niobium and tantalum in the B positions, and in which the composition of a component A and the composition of a component B is each selected in such a way that the temperature coefficients of their relative permittivities TKepsilonA and TKepsilonB exhibit different signs within a temperature interval. The mixing ratio of component A to component B is advantageously selected in such a way as to produce, in keeping with the Lichtenecker rule, the most complete compensation possible of TKepsilonA and TKepsilonB. The temperature progression of TKepsilonA and TKepsilonB can advantageously be adjusted by adjusting the quantitative ratio of niobium to tantalum as well as by adding doping substances. |
