The invention relates to non-destructive methods for studying substances, materials, biological tissues etc, in particular to diagnostic methods and the verification of structural modifications of biological tissues of an organism as an immunological response of the organism to diseases, medical preparations, environmental influence etc. The inventive method consists defining a structural function(s) of a studied object and in determining a desired parameter(s) therefor by comparison with corresponding structural function(s) of known samples. The desired parameter (s) of the known sample (s) is compared on the part(s) of the structural function(s) which are sensitive to the modification(s) of the desired parameter(s). Said part(s) are defined for the known samples. A method for rating the structural functions is also disclosed. |
