PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording system of an inexpensive constitution which can deal with various data forms. SOLUTION: This recording system includes a host device 10, the printer units 11 and 12 which perform the recording operations on the sheet-like recording media and each of the device 10 and units 11 and 12 can connect plural devices together in a daisy chain form and also has an interface such as a USB that can perform the two-way communications. In such a constitution, the device 10 is connected to the printer units 11 and 12 in a daisy chain form via each interface and the recording data are transmitted from the device 10 to the units 11 and 12 in the unit of every page at a time. Every printer unit ejects the recording paper when a paper ejection instruction is received from the device 10 after the recording operations are over. |
