PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble information accepting system and method for enhancing support to a maintenance person who deals with troubles. SOLUTION: A trouble information center terminal 20, when receiving a request for accessing a trouble accepting center, together with a desired language, from a user terminal 10 via a network 100, accesses a trouble accepting center database 30 and acquires trouble accepting center terminal information from the database 30, then selects candidates for a trouble accepting center terminal from the next trouble accepting center terminal information received and the desired language, and transmits the candidates to the user terminal. When receiving from the user terminal the trouble accepting center terminal selected from among the candidates, the trouble information center terminal sets a path via which communications can be made between the user terminal 10 and the selected terminal 50. |
