PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience for applicants and the efficiency with which enterprises employ the applicants, while significantly reducing the cost and time required. SOLUTION: This system includes a selection test processing part 84 which is accessed via the Internet 30 from an applicant's client computer 101 installed for an applicant 251 and which conducts an on-line selection test adopted by a plurality of enterprises 751 to 75m on the applicant and determines whether or not the applicant should be chosen, by comparing a predetermined criteria with the test result; and a virtual interview processing part 85 which holds an interview between any of the enterprises and the applicant 251 via the enterprise's client computer and the applicant's client computer 101 if the processing part 84 determines that the applicant has passed the test.
