PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel management method and system allowing a plurality of employees to manage reshuffling of organization personnel within a predetermined range, and a storage medium for storing a personnel management program. SOLUTION: Each employee, using a screen 81 allocated to personnel reshuffled within a department, registers a section to which new employees and personnel to be reshuffled will belong. A section list 82 displays in the form of a tree structure an organization consisting of plural levels. A table 83 of employees exhibits information about the organization's employees selected on the section list 82. A screen 94 for a table of newly assigned employees displays a table of new employees or those transferred from a different group of basic organizations. A newly assigned employee is assigned to the group by selecting the employee by use of a mouse on the screen 94, and dragging and dropping the employee to the organization on the list 82 to which the employee is assigned. A screen 95 for a table of allocations of personnel to be reshuffled displays a table of personnel to be reshuffled among the group of basic organizations within a department. |
