PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of efficiently providing information such as request contents from a customer or history information of a loaned article to a loaned article clerk. SOLUTION: This is a loaned article information processing system 1 comprises a receipt terminal device 2 for being operated by a receipt clerk having received a request from a customer, a cellphone 5 possessed by the loaned article clerk, and an outside server 3 accessible from the receipt terminal device 2 and the cellphone 5. The outside server 3 includes a loaned article managing file for setting a schedule of the loaned article clerk, the loaned article managing file is set according to an operation of the receipt terminal device 2, and the set contents are transmitted as an electronic mail to the cellphone 5. An operation of the cellphone 5 having received the electronic mail allows changing of the set contents of the loaned article managing file in the outside server 3. The outside server 3 has the loaned article history information, and the loaned article clerk can obtain the history information in the outside server 3 by accessing it from the cellphone 5. |
