PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide information necessary for a user. SOLUTION: As the user gets access to a reception processing device 3 from an information terminal 2 through the internet 1 to demand for purchase of a ticket, the reception processing device 3 controls a sales processing device 5 in accordance with this demand, and the ticket is sold to the user with the information terminal 2. A service processing device 7 gets access to a traffic information center 2 to collect traffic route from the house of the user with the information terminal 2 to a place holding an event marked on the ticket, and gets access to a weather information center 13 to collect the weather forecast for the day of the event. Above information is provided from the service processing device 7 when the information terminal 2 gets access to the reception processing device 3.
