PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply carry out a supplement management of replacement/ replenishment articles and cumulative management of history of a building. SOLUTION: In the replacement/replenishment article management system in building, a replacement/replenishment work of consumption articles, disposed at respective positions in the building, is managed. The management system is provided with consumption article management files 1, 2, having an information of consumption articles disposed at respective positions in the building and respective consumption articles; consumption article management means 3-5 for indicating the respective positions, at which the consumption articles are disposed in building and carrying out an replacement/replenishment processing based on an instruction/selection; an order processing means 7 for carrying out an order processing of the consumption articles in accordance with the replacement/replenishment processing of the consumption article management means; and a history management file 6 for accumulating a management information by the replacement/replenishment processing of the consumption article management means. Ordering of the consumption articles and a management information of the consumption article are accumulated. |
