PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor which adds the summarized information to the product data as a comment by extracting the attribute information showing the primary attributes of a concept model composed of products from the product data on the basis of the concept model. SOLUTION: This data processor processes the product data expressed in accordance with a prescribed expression rule that can process a product shown in a line drawing with a computer and is provided with an extraction means which extracts the relative information on the product showing the attribute of each element from the product data according to a prescribed model produced by structuralizing plural attributes that specify the elements composing the product and a comment conversion means which converts the relative information extracted by the extraction means into a comment expressed in a form that is accordant with the expression rule and not processed by the computer in response to structuralization of the model. Thus, the comment that is converted by the comment conversion means is obtained as the information to summarize the product data.
