PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the control of a joy stick key in the case that the joy stick key is doubly pressed down. SOLUTION: In a step S04, when the double depression (the double depression of a center push key and any of direction keys) of a joy stick part is detected, operation is advanced to a step S06, the direction key is given priority and the code transmission of the pressed direction key is carried out. In a step S08, when the double depression of the key input of the joy stick part is released, the operation is advanced to a step S10, whether a key that is singly pressed down is the center push key or not is detected, and the code of the pressed direction key is transmitted, when the key that is singly pressed down is not the center push key. When the singly pressed key is the center push key, the operation is advanced to a step S12, and when the center push key is continuously and singly pressed down, the operation is advanced to a step S13 and the entire code transmission is stopped.
