PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card issuing system for providing a variety of benefits or services matching the likings or needs of individual customers and for managing customer information in a centralized manner. SOLUTION: This management system, which makes it possible to issue a customer identification card by interlinking a customer database with a certain calculator identification object such as an image, in a customer relationship management system adapted for managing customer services for each individual or each individual object, comprises a customer database management means for inputting and renewing both key information for identifying each individual customer or each individual object and attribute information belonging thereto; an object management means for inputting and renewing the calculator identification object; a service issuing management means for managing issuing service and the contents of the service for each customer; a means for displaying and outputting both customer data including key information selected from the customer database and the calculator identification object, in such a way that they are combined as designated from the external; a means for printing the contents of displayed outputs in the form of a card for output; and a recognition means for reading this card-form key information (ID information) printed for output. |
