PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize convenience of a user etc., by managing an information given and received between the user and a trader regarding a commodity, such as an automobile etc., and providing the information. SOLUTION: The commodity information management device 1 receives information on respective user and respective trader from a terminal and manages it by a customer data base 5a and a trader database 5b. The device 1 is provided with an automobile kinds database 5c for managing a data regarding respective vehicles of each manufacturing companies of the automobiles. The vehicle kind data base 5c has a related information of wide range, such as an amount of automobile insurance, tax amount and the like. The commodity information management device 1 transmits information on user, required for executing a work of the agent to a terminal of the trader. The device 1 extracts a corresponding information from the respective data bases, corresponding to a request of user terminal 10 and transmits it to the user terminal 10. |
