PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer driver which can shorten the print time. SOLUTION: A print object conversion device is provided with an intermediate data production means 24 which produces the intermediate data from a requested object to be printed, a sort table production mean 26 which produces an object sort table from the print object in parallel to production of the intermediate data, a storage device 28 which stores the intermediate data and the object sort table, a PDL decision means 30 which selects one of plural PDLs by means of the object sort table, a PDL production means 34 which produces the PDL data selected from the intermediate data and an output means 36 which outputs the PDL data to a printer 38.
