PURPOSE: A motor device of an electrical power steering system is provided to absorb external vibration transmitted to a worm shaft, a rotating shaft and a torque limiter to prevent the load concentration against the teeth of a worm gear and reduce the damage and noise of a reduction gear by mounting a vibration-proof member around a rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft(20) is rotatably extended from one side of a motor(10). A torque limiter(30) is connected to the rotating shaft(20). A worm shaft(50) is connected to the torque limiter(30) to receive the rotating force of the rotating shaft(20). In this structure, a vibration-proof member(36) for absorbing vibration is installed to the torque limiter(30). In addition, the vibration-proof member(36) has a hollow cylindrical shape so as to be mounted on the outside of the rotating shaft(20).
