SOLUTION: In the electronic commerce transaction method, an electronic form 11 for ordering written by the customer, an electronic form 12 for managing an order written by the sellers, an electronic form 16 and an electronic form 17 for managing a progress are associated with one another to be centralized-managed by a work flow function of an electronic commerce transaction server and an electronic mail informing function. |
