PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that rays of light are less liable to reach the inside of a film of a photosensitive paste containing an inorganic powder because the inorganic powder scatters and shields rays of light and it is difficult to make the film thick and to provide a photosensitive paste suitable for electronic parts and a ceramic multilayer substrate which require high resolution. SOLUTION: The photosensitive paste contains an inorganic powder, at least an alkali-soluble polymer as a photosensitive organic component and a polyfunctional monomer having two or more C-C double bonds in one molecule as essential components and further contains an organic phosphorus compound. |
