PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult for a user to efficiently cook foods in conventional cooking using a recipe. SOLUTION: This system comprises a cumulative time calculating means 5 for calculating a cumulative time of cooking time from each of a plurality of cooking processes to the completion of the cooking based on cooking tide of each of the plurality of cooking processes during cooking foods and a tree structure of the plurality of cooking processes, and a cooking procedure determining means 6 for determining a cooking procedure when a user efficiently performs each cooking process using the calculated cumulative time for each cooking process. The tree structure means a structure for indicating a cooking process just before or after each cooking process.
