<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an event attendant automatically erasing system allowing easy erasing (confirmation) of attendants to the event using the Internet. SOLUTION: A database in a server stores an informing number attached to each invitation card and information of an invited guest provided with the invitation card. A display device of an event running client operating it in an event hall displays a screen used for confirming the attendants sent from the server, and the client inputs the informing number of the invitation card presented by an event hall visitor into the screen, and transmits the informing number to the server. The server retrieves and extracts information of the invited guest having the received informing number from the database, and transmits it to the client, and the client confirms the information of the invited guest on the screen and then transmits a confirmation response to the server. The server registers the information of the invited guest on which it receives the confirmation response into the attendant information database, and erases the attendants.</p> |
