PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a touch panel 19 on a picture display surface 18a of a liquid crystal display 18 in such a manner the arrangement position of the touch panel 19 with respect to the picture display surface 18a is appropriate without bonding the picture display surface 18a of the liquid crystal display 18 and the rear surface of the touch panel 19 with a double coated adhesive tape, etc., in a liquid crystal panel device 17. SOLUTION: This picture display device with touch panel is constituted in such a manner that the touch panel 19 is disposed between the liquid crystal display 18 and a cover body 20 and the liquid crystal display 18 is mounted freely attachably and detachably on the cover body 20 through crimping means.
