<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize temperature of optical parts for a scanning microscope. SOLUTION: The present invention can keep the temperature of the parts constant stably and simply as much as possible and require less space while keeping the number of assemblies to be increased low as much as possible. The present invention relates to a method and a device for stabilizing the temperature of the optical parts for, preferably, the scanning microscope, specifically a confocal scanning microscope, especially optically active parts, electro-optical parts or acoustic-optical parts, and is characterized in that energy interacting with the parts works for stabilization.</p> |
