PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transfer material from being wound around a heat roller in jam processing by simple constitution. SOLUTION: When a transfer material separation member 20 which is arranged rotatably closely to the heat roller 12 on the upstream side of a fixation nip between the heat roller 12 and a pressure roller 13 in the conveyance direction of the transfer material P reverses the heat roller 12 in jam processing to discharge the transfer material P in the jamming state to the upstream side (carry-in side of transfer material P) of the fixation nip, a transfer material pressure part 20a of the transfer material separation part 20 can separate the jamming transfer material P without winding it around the heat roller 12, thus the jam processing can easily be performed by the simple constitution.
