PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access method that increases a possibility of fast acquisition for latest page data by clients and reduces loads of a Proxy server. SOLUTION: The access method provides two relay servers 108-109 between several clients 101-106 and a Proxy server 107. The clients 101-106 access separately each relay server 108-109. The relay servers 108-109 calculate an interval of an update on each page data being frequently requested, which indicates how long the interval is suitable for the update on the page data on a basis of the information to show a past update frequency. The relay servers request a WWW server page access to the Proxy server 107 by the updated interval of these page data and store the page data of a WWW server 200 after receiving them from the Proxy server 107.
