FLOW RATE REGULATING VALVE

PURPOSE: A flow rate regulating valve is provided to improve the performance by lowering pressure of liquid refrigerant and regulating the flow rate in multiple stages without use of thermal expansion fluid or diaphragm, and to increase the endurance by using the mechanical method. CONSTITUTION: A flow rate regulating valve has a valve housing(21) having an inlet(21a), an outlet(21b) and a guide space(21c) connected to the inlet and the outlet; a spool(22) combined with the guide space of the valve housing with moving up and down to adjust the opening degree of the outlet; an elastic support unit supporting the spool elastically; a liquid refrigerant guide unit connecting the inlet and the guide space to decrease pressure of liquid refrigerant; and a driving unit moving up and down the spool. Performance and endurance are improved with reducing pressure of liquid refrigerant and regulating flow rate without thermal expansion liquid or diaphragm.
