PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuously measuring contamination of multiple components of water is provided to allow for rapid measurement and ease of management of the apparatus even over a long period of use. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an automatic pressure control unit for permitting the contaminated water or fluid to flow into the apparatus at a constant pressure; a main body(10) for permitting the contaminated water or fluid flowing from the automatic pressure control unit to fall within the apparatus; a radiation unit for radiating light to the contaminated water or fluid falling in the main body; a light receiving unit for receiving the light passed through the water and outputting a signal corresponding to the quantity of light; an air supply unit for supplying hot air to the radiation unit and light receiving unit so as to remove moisture; and a control unit(94) for comparing signals output from the radiation unit and light receiving unit, displaying the corresponding signal, and controlling each unit. The automatic pressure control unit includes a pressure control pipe, a drain pipe and a cock. The radiation unit includes a radiation pipe(50), a lamp(54), a focusing lens(58), a filter(62a) and a sensor(64a). The light receiving unit includes a first light receiving pipe(70), a second light receiving pipe, a beam splitter, a filter(82) and a sensor(88).
