PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of velvet antler which contains beta-glucan and nutrients of various mushrooms by culturing mushroom mycelium in velvet antler, thereby manufacturing functional food products and remedy stuffs containing various nutrients, pharmaceutical components, and polysaccharides, particularly, beta-glucan. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises seed-culturing and fertilizing a shiitake(mushroom), pochun mushroom, Agaricus blazei Murill, Schizophyllan, Auricularia auricula, Pellinus Linteus, Tchaga mushroom, Flammulina vclutipes, and Cordyceps militaris to obtain mycelium; culturing the mycelium in velvet antler for 5-90 days; and freeze-drying or heat-drying the culture to make it into powders or liquid.
