PURPOSE: An organic field emission display device is provided to form a large-scaled screen by coupling unit modules to each other. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of module(30) is aligned on a frame(40). A controller is used for controlling the modules(30). The first electrode layer(32) as an anode is aligned to one direction of a substrate(31). The first terminal portion(32a) extended to one side of the substrate(31) is formed in an end portion of the first electrode layer(32). An organic layer(33) is formed on an upper portion of the substrate(31). The second terminal portion(34a) is formed on the organic layer(33). The module(30) has a drive portion. The drive portion is formed with the first drive portion(55) and the second drive portion(51). The first drive portion(55) is used for driving a data line as the first electrode(32). The second drive portion(51) is used for driving a scan line of the second electrode.
