PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographic device which does not require the arrangement of mark bodies for indicating the direction of a photographed image onto near an object to be photographed and a radiation image reader as well as a radiation image information recording medium. SOLUTION: The radiation image photographic device which photographs a medical image by using the radiation image information recording medium 10 housed in a housing body 11 is arranged with a mark body 13 constituted of a radiation permeable member and a mark body 14 constituted of a radiation impermeable member on the front surface of the housing body described above.
