<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the another examination of a trainee when the trainee whose result is excellent fails to pass an actual examination. SOLUTION: When the result of a simulated examination which is transmitted from a trainee's terminal 10 is equal to or higher than a prescribed correct answer rate, a data center's server 31 transmits the course passing certificate data added with a key for completion of a course by which a trainee is exempted from a reexamination fee when the trainee fails to pass the actual examination to the terminal 10. Then, when the trainee fails to pass the actual examination, the trainee sends this course passing certificate (the key for completion of the course) and a failure notice to a data center 30 by post mail. Whereupon, the clerk of a secretariat inputs the ID(identification data), the PW(password) and the key for completion of the course of the trainee to a secretariat's terminal 32 and when the collation of keys for completion of the course is coincident, the clerk sends a voucher ticket (an exchange ticket for a certificate for examination) by which the trainee is exempted from the reexamination fee to the trainee by post mail. Thus, this system supports the another examination of the trainee by exempting the trainee from the reexamination fee when the trainee whose result is excellent fails to pass the actual examination.</p> |
