PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-type electrophotographic photoreceptor and an electrophotographic device, having the electrophotographic photoreceptor of superior durability which hardly causes cracks, fractures or peelings in the photosensitive layer and which can maintain proper image quality over a long time. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, having the photosensitive layer on a belt supporting body, at least one layer on the belt support body, or the binder resin in at least one layer on the belt support body, or the all layers as one body on belt support body has >=3,500 N/cm2 for tensile strength, >=200% elongation and <=2,600 N/cm2 tensile stress at 100% elongation. The electrophotographic device is equipped with the electrophotographic photoreceptor. |
