PURPOSE: An installation structure of turbo fan for air conditioner is provided to minimize defective proportion of a turbo fan and to simplify assembly process of the turbo fan and surrounding components. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure of turbo fan comprises a turbo fan(50); and an orifice part(60). The turbo fan comprises a blade plate(54); and multiple blades(52) integrally. The blase plates has a hub part, to which a rotary shaft of a motor is engaged, on the center thereof. The blades are formed on one side of the blade plates to force gas. The orifice part is installed on a front surface of the turbo fan and comprises a shroud(62); and an orifice integrally. The shroud has a shape corresponding with upper end surfaces of the blades and is installed closely to an upper end surfaces of the blades. |
