PURPOSE: A filling method of wax is provided to improve the reliability in regulating flow by expanding and contracting wax stably with preventing formation of a cavity due to wax in a chamber. CONSTITUTION: A chamber assembly(40) is formed by connecting wax injection pipes(31,31') in the lower parts of a chamber(24) and fixing a diaphragm(26) in the upper part. The diaphragm is contacted to a cooling unit(50) by overturning the chamber assembly. Liquid wax(25) is injected to the wax injection pipes with wax injectors(60,60'). Inlets of wax injection pipes are sealed in finishing injection of liquid. The reliability is improved with preventing formation of the cavity in the chamber and expanding or contracting wax stably.
