FLOW RATE REGULATING VALVE

PURPOSE: A flow rate regulating valve is provided to improve the performance and increase the durability by lowering pressure of liquid refrigerant and regulating the flow rate in multiple stages with excluding thermal expansion fluid or diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: A flow rate regulating valve comprises a valve housing(21) having an inlet(21a), an outlet(21b) and a guide space(21c) connected to the inlet and the outlet; a spool(22) combined with the guide space of the valve housing with moving up and down to adjust the opening degree of the outlet; an elastic support unit supporting the spool elastically; a variable unit of passage sectional area installed in the inlet of the valve housing to improve pressure decrease of liquid refrigerant and regulation of flow rate by varying the sectional area of passage; and a driving unit moving up and down the spool. Performance and endurance are improved with reducing pressure of liquid refrigerant and regulating flow rate in multiple stages without thermal expansion liquid or diaphragm.
